Recreating the Natural Enviorement of Expression

For those who have no idea what I mean by "Natural Environment", what I mean by that is simply people expressing and offering the love enjoyment of a piece of media or any other kinds of thing they like.
That is a Natural Environment of Expression.
The "Natural Environment of Expression" is something I spiritually love for the world and beyond.

However, there is a threat among those kinds of things, ruining dreams of others who offer and feel free.
That my friends is those who like to ruin it, often coming from those who could NOT keep there selfish opinions to themselves. When an unnatural environment moment happens, it effects the Natural Environment of Expression, creating bad, unexpected negative energy, effecting the expression and of mostly offering.
When the rotten side of the environment (unnatural) effects, it starts to effect others around them, and then most likely create even yet another negative form to prevent offering to those who would enjoy that piece of media.

Of course, the same goes for the Natural side, effecting those around them and such. Which of course, is the thing we need to have.
Sadly, the main media environment is set more on the rotten side, which also means a form of control.

The biggest enemy is well, like some like to believe, is the "Haters".
A huge example is "Twilight", the environment regarding that is set in a very negative way. It gets to the point that It gets mention out of no where in negativity form a lot; I remember seeing a video of some guy using the word "garbage" over some thing he didn't like (I don't remember) but when he was listing pictures of the things he said was "garbage", the last one was just a picture of "Twilight", with the words "more garbage" or something. He was probably using that to be funny but in a spiritual view, it's not. If you wonder, you can sense how strong the negativity is among that book or movie. It probably started majorally because of "death threats" then the negative side became making it worse. Though, people probably doesn't have to "death threat" but that still doesn't change the fact that the "Haters" chose to not understand and made things much worse as a reaction. Clearly, they could of left them alone.

Death threats probably happened at the start of some world-view critics or something, fans worried in a worry sense or something, not sure though. Speaking of critics, I need to talk about it some time, and perhaps share some info I found on the Internet regarding this critic website.
Now regarding "Twilight", I remember seeing the movie once, I honestly thought it was "boring" to me, but do you see me going out in the public and saying that as a "fact?", nope and now since I am understanding how bad the negative environment is causing, hurting those who believe different for others, I cannot promote the negative side, I do not want to. Yet, I did share my opinion on Twilight, but I will declare that if others enjoyed it, it's a FACT to them as well, and they should embrace it to the public for others and even maybe re-offer to those who thought it was "boring" but that can totally be optional I think. Anyway, to mainly, openly mention this "forbidden" (By negativity side) movie, I just say "There were thousands who enjoyed this movie" not "There were thousands who enjoyed this boring movie". See the difference?

Also, when it comes to "Freedom of Speech", I don't think it would be fair to ban it to prevent it maybe, the natural way to fight back is well, arguing back I think.

Everyone Is Intended To There Opinions... Right?
Now let me make this clear, in a way, in a current time, yes, everyone is; It is OK to dislike a piece for any kind of biased reason or any other thought I think.
Should we at current moments respect these kind of opinions? In a way, "yes" but people with those "dislike" opinions should learn to keep it to them selves, whenever (Including news offering) someone expresses a love of something that they happen to like.
There are times, pretty much all the time we should leave the Natural Environment alone, because if we don't, we will be offering more hatred of others who like, and take people away from that good environment. Not only that, but whenever more negativity happens to appear, the environment feels more "controlled" like censorship, to a point that whenever someone once more, expresses there own interest to the world and suggest it, a person who can't control there unnatural opinion to them self, will just unreasonably stand up and say "No, your wrong, that is the worst thing ever".

That is something the "Natural Environment" does not want to hear, it's a pointless piece of hatred that should be kept to them selves.

The bad effects against the "Natural Environment of Expression" are:
⦁    Interrupting those around who enjoys
⦁    Preventing the share of interest for the future that others would like it
⦁    Promoting control
⦁    Spoiling people
⦁    Effects people to make them think they must join the "dark side"
⦁    Other
This is why I am AGAINST what we have now, it hurts the environment and one way to suggest to bring it back is for more people to stand up.
I also have a feeling, this is why certain "Fandoms" or other kinds of things are not huge at the moment.

Is this fair though, shouldn't haters have to stand up too?
The answer to that, is that if we let them, they would be causing a war on the natural environment, the ones who can't learn to keep things to there own self is the ones causing unfair problems. We only have two sides, not 3: The Natural Environment of Expression, and The Unnatural Environment of Negativity.
The Positive, the Negativity. In a way, the "Positive" side is "Expression" and the "Negative" side is "Censorship", it makes perfect sense because it has done nothing but effected (prevented) the Natural Environment from being, natural.
Since this is connected to the "Censorship" movement in a way, it would make valid sense to declare that a "hater's" opinion in the public to be offensive, because the purpose of expressing that publicly is to cause something to others based on it, and since it's pure negativity, the purpose is to 100 % prevent more natural movements. It's an offense against "growth" which is Life (Universe and Beyond) it's self.

Why This Movement is Fair
I'm talking about re-creating whatever environment effected by negativity to restore back to it's positive point.
We already got a thing for people who does have dislikes, and the main point is to:
1. Ignore what others like, and keep it to your self.
2. You have the freedom to express what you happen to like while you dislike the other
3. Realize that the thing others are expressing naturally is not purposly censoring your own interest.
4. When someone asked you, if you liked "name", please be honest and don't force it.
5. If someone does offer you to find a way to like it, respect his personal offer, feel free to say yes or no, but be honest, and don't say "never" or "always", please take the chance to be open maybe?

We live on the side of "Growth" which is basically just like life it's self; The Universe and Beyond. We are on the "Growing/expression" side. This is why the "Negative" side is viewed like censorship and should not be tolerated, because the only point of negative expression is to censor anything the natural environment like to cause. Like I said, there is only two: Positive and Negative.

Understanding Why There is Such Thing as Death Threats And Other
While it's all connecting, the simple truth is that, if the "haters" did not want "death threats and/or other" then none of this would have happen if people just learned to keep it to them selves in the first place. The "haters" in a way attack the environment.
The Natural sided people (Some can be called "Fanboys/girls") who have done that is based on the effect of the environment being attacked in theory.

A New Art Movement vs. Critics
This is sort of a bonus part of the article, but some of the hatred can be based off of what "Critics" think, it is unclear for sure by me if it connects to that. In case it does, I like to argue that the idea of a full vote declare by a number of "Critics" is a very offensive idea, as it's telling what is "good" or "bad" on any kind of things. Anything more different and sometimes not fit in so-called "modern" times is consider "bad".
A New Art Movement I would talk about is to realize that everyone is different and there are many joys over things that was consider "bad", it's to treat anything, even "lower" "quality" as a art, and not "bad" for it's own thing. It's to destroy "comparison" once and for all and other negativity.
The worse media side of criticism is movies. Gaming criticism isn't anywhere near as bad as movie critics, and who like to declare/force there opinions to the world, possibly creating an awful, unfair environment.
In my thoughts, movie "criticism" isn't being used right anymore, or should not exist maybe.

____________________________________________
Because of what the negative side has caused, I think we need to restore the natural side of the environment and get rid of the negative side. The negative side has censored so much art possibilities and never seem to exist because of that, it also has hurt companies, especially Indie companies, it has "destroyed" a lot of dreams, promoted control, and gave a negative views against "Fans". This is not what I want for the world.
The reason why I suggest a new art movement was because thanks to old movements that declared new kinds of things as "art", the new kinds of art is not much in negative, people don't judge it, nor compare it to other types of art that much. I think one of them was called "Modern Movement" though, I hate it in a "old" stuff shouldn't be declared "old fashion", but I love it in a addition way. Everything is a "now" moment. Nothing is old-fashion.
I wonder if the "Modern Movement" connects to certain negativity? If so, then it may be abused. We should still respect traditional as something new.

So should stuff that still gets attacked for what it is.

Nothing Wrong With Wolfaboo - Sometimes

My Thoughts on Wolfaboo

Hello, this is my thoughts on one of those "Making up a word to describe people, then bashing anyone who fits in it" things.
I heard about this, when looking around in some comments, looked it up, and it talks about a guy who gets so obsessed with wolves.

Wolfaboo -Not a real dictionary name!-:
Wolfaboo is a term for someone who is overly obsessed with wolves. "Wolfaboo" comes from the word "weeaboo", meaning someone who is overly obsessed with Japan. Stereotypical wolfaboos believe that the life of a wolf is greater than or equal to the life of a human, and often defend—or even glorify—wolves killing humans, often with such arguments as "That person probably deserved it!" They are also known to commonly misspell the plural of wolf; instead of "wolves", they type "wolfs". The term has also been used to describe furries, especially those whose fursonas are sparkledogs. They are often looked down upon by therians for making them look bad.

Yes. I got this from a a Furry wiki site, the non-dictionary term doesn't even have it's own US-Wikipedia, so I had to use the top research of wiki for it. I would use urban, but urban isn't always stable, and there are copies of a word sometimes. So Wikifur it is!
Anyway, I want to share my thoughts on it.

Is it really necessary to start bashing anyone who happens to like wolves so much? I mean what about "Humanaboo", there are people way too much obsessed with humans and thinks Humans are the greatist animals in the world and put out bullshit myths claiming that other animals like "wolves" for example don't have equal  living value like humans. And the sad thing, a lot of people don't have a problem with that claim.
Or what about Dogaboo, Birdaboo, Cataboo, etc? I never see much people complain about those.

So back at Wolfaboo, is it bad? Dumb, etc? Well, if liking wolves, a lot, more than Humans means Wolfaboo, then no. People personality has different likes, and I don't think it's fair to judge those who has a deep personality with this Animal, the same way who has a deep personality with the Human Animal, or whoever. Nor is it dumb to believe you (Your inner part, maybe physical if possible) even are a wolf, some groups seem to believe that, and we need to learn to respect other people's believes and not force "humanaboo" crap over others.

Here is another thing, if liking wolves so much, that you think they are magic, made you believe that they are Equel, to Humans, and to every other beings, and made you belief that Humans has been harming nature, and destroying the lives of other animals. Then isn't that a good thing? I personality had a thing with wolves, (And I kind of do still) and it made me think like this I think. It made me realize that every animal on the planet (Including humans) are equal and killing any creature is bad, equality. We Humans, have been damaging this whole planet, practicing our major ego in us all, thinking that we are the only special beings on this planet, which a bunch of load bullshit! I agree, we are special, but so is every living creature on this Planet, and beyond. Anyone who judges people like that, are basically denying the truth and wants to keep there ego going. It's kind of sad.
Even another example is that I see people make fun of those who likes to make different styles of wolves, (You know those rainbow creatures you sometimes see on random websites?). They judge the "wolfaboos" who likes to makes a new kind of created things based on what they like from there own spirit (As I like to call it), just because it didn't look like wolves on here. Really? I think a real obsessed person would basically judge drawings that are different. Whining about the way the creative creation looks like. "No! They don't have rainbow hair! They don't have sharp chests like that! No No nonono!!!" I think the only problem I am seeing is these kind of people. Not those who wants to make new possibilities that are supposed to be different when it comes to this animal. maybe?

Though, there are those who are so obsessed, they can give out bad non-fact claims that could be dangerous. Like claiming that they would be harmless automatically, if one were to probably met one all the time, and such. (Some are harmless, I saw this picture online, and there are probably more evidence) And there are those who make non-fact claims claiming they can fly (The ones on this planet), grey wolves are rare, etc. Now this is the only time when a Wolfaboo can be a bit dumb, honestly. But it's not dumb to believe flying ones can exist through realms or something. And drawing them is not anything bad, any shape or form.
But having a deep connection with the specie, believing that they are special/magical in spirit (Like any other creature or something), even having a Therian or Otherkin believe, or making your own type of wolf creation like with rainbows, etc, or going against hunting for the love of them, and many other kinds of things with them, that isn't hurting anyone, isn't a bad thing. I see nothing wrong with a personal belief about this creature, and I find it so offensive how people like to bash those for who they are for things like this.
I know there are some heavy "obsessed" fans that can cause some issues, but I don't think it's fair to make this whole name up to bash any fans who loves wolves so much, and want to embrace for who they are and such. If it's just for people who wants to make lies about certain claims on this world like what I said, I kind of understand, but it's not nessesory to make up this whole word that is "Wolfaboo" and then judge those who might fit in still.

I really want wolf fans and any other fan of any creature to stand up, the hatred is the only thing that needs to end. It's getting annoying, bad.

And yes, hunting wolves is downright wrong. Or hunting any creature for example, and judging a person who wants to "save the wolves" from hunting because they love them, think they are great, or think they connect, is down right disgusting! Hunting is bad to life because we are animals too, and hunting down any other creature, basicly causes not only pain and suffer, but ruins the natural process of life.

Did anyone ever seen those offensive pro-hunting groups on a website called Deviant Art? It's sick. I notice this after noticing talks about this around this... Internet.

If I had to say anything about my self, yes, I do like wolves I think. I am open about them, and might feel connected once and a while, and I am against hunting of them, and I do like seeing some of those "sparkle wolves" sort of. And I see nothing wrong with that. The only thing I see sick and disturbing is the haters. They need to get the heck over it.

My Little Pony - Fighting is Magic And How it Could Make It

Note: I'm not much of a very hard expert I think and I could be wrong on some things. I also know the project is trying to get around the Cease & Desist by trying to add new characters and a new name. Also again, I may keep this article here for a while, and might post this on another website if I can, and it could be months old later, but it shouldn't matter how old this is.

You know the fan made game called "My Little Pony - Fighting is Magic"? It was being worked on, and everyone was so happy that it was, well at least those who wanted to play it and there was lots.
But then a anti-fandom/culture movement happened called "Cease & Desist" came along and ruined the dream that Mane6 wanted to create. However I probably wouldn't see "ruined" for many kinds of reasons.
But yeah, a very bad thing that should be declared unconstitutional has happened. Which is what I explain above. Although it's not very recent now.. But I still wanted to make this article, for the hopes of those who still want this, but it probably would be no luck under law but for those who still want to fight it, even if it were illegal (Maybe "violate" copyright, which is what we did to make culture in the first place).

First and I mean first, the Myths.

Myths And A Possible Myth

First and thereof, the Myths and a possible Myth:
Some people has claimed that if "Hasbro" did not do this, they would "lose" "there Copyright". But where did that myth come from? Are they right that you would somehow lose Copyright if someone were to deny taking it down? I don't think there is any law saying that "if you don't take something down from a report, you would lose your Copyright." Where is it? If this was true, won't Copyright be taken from the companies already?
However I don't think that's the case because Copyright under legal, is supposed to be rights to a person, or maybe a company, if a company chose not to take anything down, then they are allowing it, they do not lose it. Copyright (under current law) is supposed to be "All Rights Reserved" not force to always take something down.
What if I wanted to keep someone's work based on mine up? And my work that He/She is using was copyrighted by me? If someone reported me "This is infringing your work!", but I allowed it because I love culture and freedom, do I lose my Copyright? There is no legal thing saying that I would, especially if it's unofficial. As for rights of Copyright, you have the right to allow copying, and usage. But also the "right" to take it down.

Also, look at this link: http://www.hypergridbusiness.com/2011/08/how-to-lose-your-copyright-in-three-easy-steps/

I don't really like this website but I think it's sometimes useful.
For the case of Copyright, it is clearly Hasbro's fault.

Now for the other Myth but possible, as I'm not so sure about this, is the Trademarks.
Now under law, you do lose a Trademark if some other business use it as officially in another business I think. But do you lose a Trademark if it was use unofficial and for free? If that was the case, then wouldn't tons and tons of fan sites been taken down already? Or if the company sees one that uses the title? That would be messed up would it?
If unofficial does not fit in the case of losing a Trademark, then that is also Hasbro's fault.

Also, how to lose a Trademark: http://www.iplg.com/resources/articles/losing_trademark_rights.html

Not sure if this is very clear. But this is the myth that I'm not very sure still but kind of am sure.
So the whole thing, is pretty much there fault. They could of allowed it and still be able to make the show. People need to stand up more against what they been doing to the fandom, abusing it.

The Legal Hopes of This Project Coming Back

As I am sick of people claiming "Get over it", well I am not going to get over something that violates Freedom of expressing, like Internet Freedom.

Anyway, there might be hopes to get around the C&D. And here they are!
Note: It can be at least one, for it to come back I think. Also, some of these are ideas too.

1.  Wait for the show to go into the public domain.
This is that thing where I mainly said, this wouldn't help very soon, ha ha but there could be possible ways for it to make it happen soon but that's hard, or maybe force them to lose Copyright (That would be better) but as a lot of information about legal Copyright, that is very hard.
2. After transferring the Intellectual Property
I'm not so sure on this but, I think if another company would "take over the rights", the letter may not be valid anymore, but I am not very sure of this.
3. Go to another country, where it's fine.
You do know, Copyright law isn't the whole world (Nor outside, thank God) and there are many countries who use different versions of Copyright law. In fact, if you were just to move to any country, maybe it won't be valid, not sure though. Should do more research. But if still valid, go to one where it doesn't have much of Copyright law at all.
Odly though, I heard from Mane6 saying something about "Forbidden impossible" about this if I could remember, not sure what that means but I still believe it is still.. Since the company can't sue in a different county like China. Maybe he just means he doesn't want to move. I understand if so. Also, the company won't lose the Copyright once again.
4. Possibly more legally.
It's possible for the company to let go of the C&D and such. Maybe keep asking, and maybe put more information. Keep demanding!

The Other Way, Maybe Illegal

Well this is the other way, it can be an alternative or both. For those who wants to fight for Internet Freedom, even doing it risky, go for it. But I could recommend to make sure the possible sue does not effect you, or if you had a lot of money and the sue wasn't much.
1. Ignore the letter
I could suggest to just ignore it, fight for it, some people has done this and it worked. Maybe secretly let another person upload it or something.
2. Force Them to Change it, badly
You know, I think I just wrote that one because I think "1." is basically the main known thing when it comes to ignoring such a bad law like Intellectual Property. So I just wanted to think of this, I guess you know, the unlawful way. But I don't really think it's a well suggestion at all. Just wanted to put this in just so I could have more than 1 suggestion.

One of The Big Worries

There is one large worry I often have, what about other non-profit fan made projects? I find it very bad, to see a unoffical, non-profit project to be effected, so it made me think of all the other fan made stuff, which is what we have. If Hasbro decides to go against them too, then what a terrible idea. And I think they shouldn't do that legally, nor should be a right and what about Fair Use? I believe they have the right to express fan made stuff, and the company won't lose "there IP" when they do.. Also goes for this project as I explained why.
Also makes me wonder if many unofficial things are somehow illegal now. You know? I really hope at least maybe this project was because of donates, not sure. But it's bad still.

Final Thoughts

Honestly, even though there is already new ideas of kind of restoring the project without violating the C&D. I wanted to target the current IP thoughts about this and also hope for the project to still make a come back for those who still want it. So I tried to put in possibilities in. I also thought of how bad Hasbro was doing so far, it wasn't just this project that got badly hurt in this low world. But other kinds of things of My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic.

People need to start standing up. It all started with the fandom (or sub-culture, if you want to believe it) growing, and had the freedom to make all kinds of projects, ever since the main director of the show left, they been trying to shrink it often now. And I find it very offensive more than "business money" reasons to stop projects if it was others like just because some parents may not like it. It's a fan thing that people can always ignore if they want.

Also, there is nothing wrong with giving up on this project or any free expression, anyone who thinks that it's dumb to think this is stupid, and possibly saying "Get over it." is a moron. And needs to just focus on there own lives.

Also, just in case, I think this article can be a necessary thing for people to stand up against other lack of freedom acts too. Unfortunately, if Hasbro doesn't change for the better of these cursed C&D, then either the fandom will be very boring, where some people can barely have the sense of freedom anymore, or maybe just ignore the new letters for the heck of it.. Ignoring it may be risky but it's not bad morally. Anyone who suggest that a "brony shouldn't act like this" needs to stop judging other peoples.

I'm the type of guy who tries to fight for all kinds of expressions and had studied about how IP movements like C&D can hurt culture, hurt fans, and I like to try to fight for fans and even non-fans. In fact, I mainly was going to also say that IP laws has been hurting many cultures and fandoms. Not just this one. I'm the type of guy who doesn't like to give up, on nearly everything.

Also, for those who wanted some hopes, I tried my best to give you some! Mainly to just let you have them in your heads, even if it wasn't soon. Besides, another fan can try to make it if they want I think.

Also, please share this article! I think it may be useful. Also here, CC-By -wwwarea or Jesse
Yet, it may still be "Copyrighted" but if someone shares it and I allow it, even if it was reported to me, but I still allowed it, I won't lose the Copyright. I'm sure.

My Little Pony Fandom is Not Just About Liking The Show Anymore

You may not know what "My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic" is, it's a show that involves Ponies. It's often on a TV channel called "The Hub"... Ah hub, I love it when video games has that... Well um, anyway I would like to talk about addressing some very bigoted and hateful messages that tries to limit the "Fandom" and tell what Brony is and isn't. Oh and yeah, Brony is often considered being a fan of My Little Pony and yeah it is I think.

I was reading about some Cease & Desist news and I came across some offensive messages that claim that the Fandom is only about liking the show and denied people who believe that it's more and special, (And it is special like how every "group" is). And they told what Brony is and isn't with other bull crap messages... Here is a very lying bigoted twisted message I found that actually is prejudice too:

"Bronies never represented anything other than a huge group of friends who like the same show. There's always been prejudice and lying in our community. Heck, Cloppers have been outcasts pretty much the entire time. Speaking of which, our community pumps out a lot of things - music, video games, and oh yeah, porn. Graphic visual or literary porn. We don't represent the elements of harmony here.

Bronies aren't special, man. We're just a group, a bit more friendly than others. We have good points, and negatives; in the end we're just another fandom"

And it's stereotype. And it seems this idiot is claiming that it's "Prejudice" and "Lying" to believe the fandom is more special. Now he or she doesn't seem to realize that the message him self posted is Prejudice and Lying because of the fact that the Fandom, IS more special.. Why?

Because a Fandom (Or culture) is controlled by the people them selves, and since this Fandom is controlled by so many different people and what they did... They changed it from what was once simple to more than just simple.. Naturally  it's now big and it's own unique due to how many people there are. Fandoms can change it's definition to be more than just the basic seed and it's a right from The People.

If I believe that I am a Brony because I focus on something else that wasn't the show (Like a fan game) but it did involved "My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic", then it's a fact that I am.. You people have no right to tell and push what Brony is and isn't and forcing the belief system about the Fandom to be limited.

The Fandom or Culture is special and unique, get over it, and leave others alone.

And the reason why I posted this often was because people abused what was lying and the meaning of prejudice to the false people, and hide there prejudiced beliefs. So I decided to expose the real prejudiced and lying people. And I wanted to post this to get rid of bigot bull crap. Once again, the Fandom is more than just simple. Deal with it.
